You agree to pay Ermis Labs for all goods and services ordered from ermislabs.com by using one of the credit card, debit card or other payment options provided on CoralActives.com.

Our Product(s) are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, Ermis Labs must be notified within 30 days, and have possession of the Product(s) within 30 days after your date of receipt of the Product(s) purchased. After 30 days from the date of receipt, Ermis Labs is not obligated by any means to replace the Product(s) or refund any money paid for the Product(s) for any reason.

To return your Product(s), place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don’t have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address, as you believe it appeared on the invoice. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
